Chicken Montmorency


Chicken — 1 pc. (weight 450-500 g)
Apples — 1 pc.
Mini apples — 3 pcs.
Sugar — optional
Cherries — 150 g Sauce + a handful of stuffing
Butter — to taste
Water — 100 mL
Red wine — 100 ml
Rosemary sprig — to taste
Cinnamon — 1 stick
Anis — 2 stars


1. Prepare the sauce. Frozen cherries (150 g), red wine (100 ml), sugar (30 grams) a simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Put everything in the blender bowl.

15. Add the caramel cinnamon stick and two stars of anise.
16. Add a sprig of rosemary and marinated mini apples. Leave for 3-5 minutes.
