Chicken liver a-la Milanese


600 g chicken liver
150 g hard cheese
2 tomatoes (~ 200 g)
1 onion (~ 150 g)
3-4 cloves of garlic, herbs
Salt and ground black pepper


Diced onion fry in butter, add the liver, cut into 2-3 pieces and cook for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

The liver is put in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic.

Top with a layer of diced tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese, put in the form of a hot oven and bake until melted cheese.

All is ready!
