Chicken fillet in creamy mustard sauce

There are a huge number of recipes for chicken, these dishes look great both on holiday and on the everyday table.
Today, I suggest to cook extremely tasty and tender chicken in a creamy mustard sauce. Garnish can choose according to your taste. I served chicken with rice.


300 g of chicken;
1 onion;
1/2 carrots (can be more);
3 tbsp sour cream;
2 tsp Dijon mustard (beans);
1-2 tsp ordinary mustard;
2 tsp flour;
salt — to taste;
1 cup boiling water;
vegetable oil.

For the marinade:

1/2 tsp curry and ginger powder;
0.5 tsp salt;
black pepper;
2 tsp soy sauce.


1. Chicken cut into small strips.

2. Fold the meat in a bowl, add all the ingredients for the marinade. Mix and leave for 2 hours or more.

3. Onions cut into cubes. Fry onions, stirring occasionally, with vegetable oil. When it becomes golden, add the grated carrots.

4. Fry for 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring all the time. Add chicken, sprinkle with 1 tsp flour.

5. All mix thoroughly and continue to fry for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then pour the boiling water, add salt to taste. Cook 2 minutes.

6. Add the sour cream mixed with 1 tsp flour and 2 types of mustard. Stir and how to boil, cook for 1 minute.
