Chicken Curry


1 kg chicken breast (fillet);
400 ml of coconut milk;
1 large onion;
4 cloves of garlic;
1/2 lemon;
hot pepper (to taste);
2 tsp turmeric;
2 tsp curry;
2 tsp ginger (I had dried);
olive oil;


1.Narezaem finely the onion, garlic and pepper (I added 1/3).
2.Obzharivaem in olive oil until golden.
3.Rezhem breast lengthwise into small pieces.
4.Kladem in a deep frying pan and lightly fry the chicken.
5.Zasypaem seasonings and mix.
6.Zalivaem chicken coconut milk, salt to taste and leave to stew minutes on 25. In the end sprinkle with lemon juice.
7. When applying you can sprinkle with herbs. Of course, chicken curry with rice perfectly.
