Ingredients:

1 kg chicken breasts
1 lemon
1 h. L. baking soda
1 h. L. potato starch
flour for breading
salt

Preparation:

Chicken breasts cut into small pieces, add salt and soda. Sprinkle with lemon juice is good breast, add starch. Leave on for 15 minutes, then slice each roll in flour. Fry in vegetable oil. Meat frying pieces swell out very juicy and tasty!
