Ingredients:

4 egg yolks
150 g of granulated sugar
320 ml cream 35%
200 ml of milk
400 g of Philadelphia cheese
10 g of gelatin
1 crust
Slices of almonds (for sprinkling)
Berries, mint (for decoration)

Preparation:

This recipe is a great success, because it does not require any effort and time for baking. But there is only one nuance: the cake for cheesecake should be sand. Therefore, if you can not find one in the store, it’s better to do it yourself, because Biscuit cake for cheesecake is not suitable.

1. gelatin soak in cold water (about 250 ml) for 10 minutes;
2. Egg yolks and sugar beat well with a mixer, then add 2 tablespoons. Milk and once again shake;
3. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan and boil.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the boiling milk with a thin trickle, constantly stirring the milk with a whisk. Brew the mixture for 30-45 seconds.
5. Remove the mixture from the fire, add gelatin, stir whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Then strain the mixture through a sieve;
6. Cool the mixture to room temperature;
7. Whip the cream;
8. Add the cheese to the cooled mixture, mix with whisk until smooth. Then add cream and mix well until smooth;
9. put the cake on the bottom of the mold, pour the cream and put the cheesecake in the freezer for 3 hours.
10. Get cheesecake from the form, decorate with slices, berries and mint.
