
Ingredients
Cottage cheese — 0.5 kg
Flour — 100 g
Egg — 1 pc.
Sugar — 100 g (possible less)
Bananas — 3 pcs.
Baking powder — 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil, salt, breading flour
Cooking
1. Mix the cottage cheese through a sieve with flour sifted with baking powder.
2. Add the egg, salt, sugar.
3. Grind the peeled bananas and add to the curd dough. Stir the mixture well until smooth.
4. Form cheese cakes, roll them in flour, shape cakes.
5. Fry in warmed vegetable oil, for 4 — 5 minutes. on each side, until golden brown.
6. Cover the pan with a lid and warm the cheesecakes for another 3 minutes.
