Cheese sticks

Ingredients:

(At 4 servings)

  • 1 cup flour
  • 200 g frozen butter
  • 200 g hard cheese
  • Pinch of salt
  • 0,5 tsp. sugar
  • 2 yolks
  • Cumin
  • Coarse salt
  • Sesame

 

Preparation

  1. Sift the flour on the table, in it rub butter and cheese. Add salt, sugar and knead the smooth pastry. Remove the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Roll out the pastry to a thickness of 1,5 cm and cut out stripes or roll out small sausages. Sticks may be different forms.
  3. Grease sticks yolk, sprinkle with salt, cumin, sesame. Preheat oven to 180°C. Sticks lay on a baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes.

Time for cooking: 80 minutes

At 1 serving 380 kcal

Proteins – 19 g, fats – 17 g, carbohydrates – 5 g.
