Casserole «Country style»

This dinner will add comfort and warmth to your table. All home-made tasty and simple: young potatoes, chicken hearts, cheese and smetana- excellent and tasty combination. Help yourself!


Chicken heart 500g
Potatoes 6 pcs
Onions 1 head
Fungi 6 pcs
Mozzarella cheese 300g
Dill 0.5 beam
Parsley 0.5 beam
Eggs 3 pc
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Butter 25 g
Olive oil 3 tbsp
1 tsp salt
Ground black pepper 1 tsp


Step 1.
Chicken hearts fill with cold water and leave aside.

Step 2.
Onions cut into half rings or less. Add salt and mash. Finely chopped dill and parsley — to add to the onions. Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil, stir and leave to marinate.

Step 3.
Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut into circles with the skin thickness of about 4-5 mm. Fry 2 tbsp olive oil until browning on one side (if you are not worried about cholesterol, or you simply do not like olive oil — Take butter — so even potatoes fragrant and golden work). Do not salt it.

Step 4.
Meanwhile — Preheat the oven to 200C. Rinse chicken hearts, remove trachea, dry and cut along. Potato fry on one side and lay it in a baking dish

Step 5.
In the same pan fry the heart, a little salt, add the mushrooms and melkorezannye little butter (and the cap can be left to decorate casseroles). So do not fry 10 minutes more.

Step 6.
Next, in the form of a potato in layers spread our pickled onions, mushrooms with hearts on top, then — grated on a coarse grater cheese. In the center I packed mushroom caps and a little greenery.

Step 7.
Prepare fill — slightly beat the eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture casserole. On the mushrooms put the pieces of butter. We send in the oven for 15 minutes.
Casserole is ready!
