Cake with Peaches


Wheat flour 1 grade 1.5 cup
Butter 110g
Chicken Egg 3 pc
2 tablespoons milk
Peaches 5 pieces
Sour cream 200g
Sugar 100 g
1 tsp cornstarch
0.5 tsp salt
Vanilla 1 pinch

For the dough in the bowl of a food processor combine the flour (you can use any), salt and chilled butter, cut into cubes. Whisk to form crumbs. Add 1 egg and 1-2 tbsp ice milk.
