Cake with kiwi

Light cream in puff pastry


(At 8 servings)

  • 300 g ready puff pastry
  • 1 pack vanilla pudding
  • 40 g sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g thick sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 1 yolk
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 6 kiwis
  • 40 g white chocolate chips


  1. Roll puff pastry, divided into 8 parts and lay it in round shapes, cut off the edges of the pastry. Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix pudding, sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk. The remaining milk boil, add pudding and cook it for 1 minute. Add sour cream and jam and mix.
  2. Weight put into shapes over the pastry. Whip yolk with cream and grease pastry¢s edges. Put the shapes in the oven for 12 minutes. Peel kiwis, cut into slices, lay over the cool cakes, sprinkle with chocolate and serve.

Time for cooking: 42 minutes
