Cake «Southern Night»


Eggs — 2 pcs.
Oil — 150 g
Sugar — 200 g
Flour — 300 g
Baking powder — 10g
Soda — 0.5 tsp
Vinegar — 1 tbsp
Fermented milk — 1 cup
Cocoa powder — 70 g
Cream — any which you like
Decoration — icing of chocolate or cocoa


1. Mix in a bowl the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda.
2. In the other, beat the softened butter, sugar, and then the eggs, adding them one by one.
3. Pour a glass of milk a tablespoon of vinegar.
4. Mix the contents of the three containers together: the dry dough ingredients, creamed mixture and yogurt.
5. Get a chocolate dough — fragrant, pouring, moderately thick — pour in a split form, the bottom of which lay a baking paper and board greased with vegetable oil.
6. Bake at 200 C for about 30 minutes. Try a toothpick.
7. Cool the cake and took it out of the mold, cut into two. Prepare the cream, whisking half a pack of butter and a half cans of condensed milk and coat with cakes.
8. The top of the cake pour melted chocolate in a water bath.
9. Chocolate cake is ready!

You can add cream or nuts, prune in winter, in summer — fresh berries — cherries, raspberries, apricots!
