Cake «Paris Cocktail»


3 tbsp. spoons of honey
150g sugar
3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
180 ml of hot water
500g flour
1 tsp. Baking soda


250g butter
600ml milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp. tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
100g hazelnuts or almonds, minced Preheat oven to 180C.


1. Mix honey, sugar, butter and water and set on fire. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat and add flour mixed with baking soda. The dough turns brewing. We divide it into 6-7 parts, roll out each cake and bake until golden brown. The form can be round or square. You need to roll out thinly, but the test is not torn.

2. For the cream: rub the eggs with the sugar, mix the flour, diluted with cold milk and put on the fire, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat, cool and add the nuts and vanilla. When the cream is almost cool, put the butter and mix well with a mixer. Cakes smear better still warm cream. When the cakes are soaked creamy nut weight, they just melt in your mouth.
