Cake “Funny hedgehog”


(At 4 servings)

For pastry:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 200 g soft cheese

  • 250 ml greasy cream
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 40 g cacao

   For decoration:

  • Colored mastic
  • Fruits
  • Berries
  • Red food coloring



  1. Eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt whip well. Stirring, add flour with baking powder. Preheat oven to 180°C. Pastry lay on a baking sheet, smoothed. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool cake.

  5. Whip cream with powdered sugar and cacao. With pastry bag spread cream spines. Decorate fruits and berries.
