Sour Cream — 500 ml
Gelatin — 1 packet (25 g)
Cream fatty — 100 ml
Chocolate — 100 g
Peaches canned

For short dough:

Flour — 1 glass (160 g)
Butter or margarine butter — 100 g
Sugar — 0,5 cups


1. Cake dessert with peaches, chocolate and sour cream jelly, on a sandy loaf. This dessert can also be made with a biscuit dough, it will also turn out very tasty.
2. You will need a dish (shape) with a high rim. From butter, sugar and flour, make a short dough and spread it evenly into a mold. You can make small skirts. We put the mold with the test in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes.
3. Doing the ganache. To do this, put the cream on the stove and warm it up (the cream should not boil). We remove from the fire and throw there pieces of chocolate. Mix to homogeneity and allow to cool slightly.
4. If the cream is not too greasy, then the ganache will get liquid, it’s not scary, it will freeze in the refrigerator anyway)
5. Fill the ganache on top of the sand cake and send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, whisk the sour cream and plant gelatin in warm water. Gelatin should be added to sour cream at the moment when the mixer is turned on, in a thin trickle, so that the gelatin does not freeze in pieces.
7. After the ganache is frozen, we put the cut peaches on top of it.
8. Top carefully pour sour cream with gelatin and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
9. When the sour cream is frozen, spread the cut peaches.
10. Cake-dessert is ready!
