Cabbage pancake on breakfast
Ingredients:
100g white cabbage
1 tbsp canned corn (can substitute 1 tablespoon of crab meat or shrimp, or 1 tablespoon of mushrooms)
1 egg
1 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp flour
salt, ground black pepper
vegetable oil
Gravy
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon red caviar,
greenery
Preparation:
1. Shred cabbage, add the corn, ground black pepper, egg, mix well, add sour cream, flour and salt, mix well.
2. The pan warm up well, generously grease with vegetable oil and put cabbage weight, smooth and bake for 5 minutes, then turn over and fry gently for 5 minutes, then cover and hold on the fire for another 3 minutes.
3. Ready cabbage pancake cut into portions, sprinkle with herbs and serve with sour cream.
