Buckwheat in a pot

Ingredients 1 pot:

Meat — 100g
Buckwheat — 3 tbsp
bow
carrot
spices
salt

Preparation:

1.Gorshochki I have here are 650 ml.
In each pot lay the meat, onions, carrots.
2.Zasypaem buckwheat and pour water without adding two fingers up to the top. Season with salt.
3.Nakryvaem covers and send in the oven. I have prepared 40 minutes at 160 * C (can be less than in the oven to keep, but I love buckwheat digested).
