Biscuit, which always turns out!

I must admit, this was my first cake. Biscuit turned out just great — soft and the air!

 

Ingredients:

Butter — 300 g
Sugar — 350 g
Salt (pinch)
Egg chicken — 6 pieces
Wheat flour — 300 g
Starch — 100 g
Baking powder to the test (15g) — 1 package.
Milk (3.5%) — 100 ml

 

Preparation:

Butter, sugar and salt, beat until fluffy.

Add eggs one by one, still whisking.
Mix the flour with starch and baking powder and add alternately with milk to the egg-oil mass.

Form lay a paper and coat the bottom with oil.
Pour the dough and send it in a preheated 180C oven for 25-30 minutes.

Get, let cool and cut into cakes.

This is the number of products designed for the form 32 * 38 cm. The resulting dough is divided in half, and I baked in 2 approach in the form of 26 cm — the result was 4 cakes.
