Beetroot soup on kefir


350 g of cucumber,
1 liter of yogurt,
30 g green onions,
350 g of beet,
30 g dill,
2 garlic cloves,
Salt and pepper to taste.


Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater. If the skin is bitter, remove it beforehand.
Crude young beets clean and grate.
Fold cucumbers and beets in a large bowl or pot, add yogurt and chopped herbs.
Season with salt and put finely chopped garlic.
Mix well, add a little cold water, check for salt and serve, sprinkle with herbs.
