Ingredients:

Beef — 600 g
Potatoes — 800 g
Bulgarian pepper — 1 pc.
Tomatoes — 300 g
Onion — 1-2 pcs.
Salt — to taste
Vegetable oil — to taste

Preparation:

This recipe will win everyone who wants to surprise the home with incredible aroma along with juicy garnish, but does not intend to stand at the stove for more than half an hour.
The amount is indicated for 4 servings.
1. Beef cut into fairly large pieces, about 2-3 cm. We put in a bowl with a thick bottom.
2. Cut the onion into wide half rings. Lay out on top of the meat.
3. Next we lay the potatoes. A little salt and add a drop of vegetable oil.
4. Peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds and add to the rest of the products.
5. Tomatoes are better to blanch, but without it, it will be fine. How to do it? At the tomato we cut the skin cross-wise, then we fill it with steep boiling water for a minute — and it’s ready! Skin is cleaned easily and conveniently.
6. Mix everything and send it to the oven for 40 minutes. If there is no oven, put the smallest fire on the stove, cover it and cook it until the potatoes are ready. The secret: the longer the beef languishes, the more tender it is.
7. We get it, sprinkle with herbs.
