Baked white fish under wine

Ingredients:

Any white fish — 1 kg
Dry white wine — 3 tablespoons
Parsley — 1 tbsp
Butter (substitute olive) — 50 g

Preparation:

1. Chop the parsley finely. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
2. Prepare the fillets, pulling out all the seeds. Coat well with butter (about 1 tablespoon) to the bottom of the baking dishes. Put the fillets there. Spread evenly on top small pieces of butter.
3. Pour the wine.
4. Sprinkle with parsley.
5. Bake for 12 minutes. Serve immediately, preferably with white wine.
