Baked tuna with vegetables

Ingredients:

Tuna — 500 g
Fresh Potatoes — 500 g
Beans — 100 g
Bulb — 2 pcs. (Medium)
Carrots — 1 pc.
Mayonnaise — 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
Salt, pepper, bay leaves — to taste

Preparation:

1. The first thing I took up the preparation of tuna. I had a whole frozen fish, so I thawed it, cleaned, washed, cut off the head and fins sliced.
2. Clean and cut the potatoes into cubes of about 1×1 cm.
3. Cut the carrots. Cut the onion into half rings. Rinse green beans. At the bottom of a baking dish poured vegetable oil.
4. The first layer has posted half an onion. On top of the onions laid out pieces of tuna.
5. Then put half the potatoes and carrots. Completes the first level of green beans.
6. Then did a similar action, but without the tuna. That is laid layers of the remaining half of the onions, potatoes, carrots and green beans.
7. Season with salt and pepper, add the mayonnaise and bay leaf.
8. Cover with a lid (or foil) and bake in the oven for about an hour
