Potatoes — 600 g
Mushrooms — 400 g
Garlic — 3 cloves
Sour cream — 150 g
Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil — 30 ml
Black pepper and salt


1. Wash and slice mushrooms. Peel and chop the onion. All together fry in vegetable oil, salt to taste.
2. Grate cheese. Add to it the sour cream and mayonnaise, chopped garlic. Mix well.
3. Cut the peeled potatoes as thin as possible, it is necessary that it did not remain raw in the baking.
4. Dishes for baking brush with oil, add a little water and place half of the first layer of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Coat the cheese mixture. Then fungi. Put the second part of the potato.
6. Distribute the rest of the curd. Cook in the oven to 250C and about half an hour. At the end you can add any greenery.
