Baked grapefruit with honey and ginger

Those who do not like grapefruit because of its bitterness, I hasten to reassure: under high temperature of the bitterness is gone. In addition, we add the honey, which will give the dish a sweet.

Honey, if desired, can be replaced by brown sugar, but it seemed to me that the best fit to the ginger is still honey. We get a great warm, juicy, fragrant, slightly spicy dessert.

Ingredients:

Grapefruit — 2 pcs.
Ginger (2cm ginger root) — 2 tsp
Honey — 4 tsp

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2. Cut the grapefruit in half and place them on a lined with parchment paper or foil baking.
3. Sprinkle each half the grated ginger and pour honey (approximately one teaspoon of honey in half a grapefruit. It can be more if want to get sweeter). Bake 10 minutes.
